The family own Robin Jones and Sons Holdings Ltd, a local company, which is made up of a successful Civil Engineering & Aggregate Recycling business, Property Company, Residential Caravan Site, Quarry & . The family have over 80 years of combined business experience.

Since acquiring the golf club in July 2004 extensive improvements have been made. The club house has received new changing rooms, a re-designed bar and refurbished lounge and restaurant. The hotel has been completely refurbished to provide en-suite bathrooms.

The course has been improved with several new features. A new water sprinkler and drainage system has improved the quality of the course and ensured it can be played throughout the year.

An incredible 8,000 trees have been planted on the course. Flower borders and shrubbery have been cultivated around the club house and parking area.

The latest plans are even more ambitious. Our Architect has completed a designs for a health club to include a large swimming pool, changing facilities, Jacuzzi, gym and beauty salon together with a large function room, five en-suite bedrooms and a number of storage rooms, which we desperately need. This is now going through the planning permission progress.

The design is spectacular and will make full use of the wonderful views surrounding the club and course.

The majority of the existing building will not be affected as the extension will be built adjacent to the club with the two being linked at various levels.
